Booking & Appointment Policy

Thank you for choosing Beautiful Affairs for your beauty and self-care services. These policies are in place to ensure a seamless, professional and enjoyable experience for every client.

All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted. 

​

Appointments must be confirmed via text when received.

Unconfirmed appointments may be released to clients on the waitlist. 

​

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a 50% service fee.

Same day cancellations and no-show clients will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

​

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be subject to a 50% service fee and will be rescheduled.

​

​Please note: policies apply to all cancellations reasons, regardless of circumstance.

​

For safety and the nature of services provided, children and guests are not permitted in the treatment room. 

​

Please silence your phone upon arrival to ensure and maintain an uninterrupted experience.
